*     Won two Gold and one Bronze medal in women 49kg category of the Odisha State Weightlifting Championship, held at Biju Patnaik Weightllifting Hall, Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar from 16-18 October 2023.
*     Won 2 Gold and 1 Silver medals for Khordha in 55kg category of the State Weightlifting Championship, held in Berhampur, Ganjam on 19-20 November 2022.

*     Won 2 Gold medals (1 each in youth and junior girls 55kg category) in the IWLF National Weightlifting Championship at Rainbow International School in Nagrata Bagwan, Himachal Pradesh on 9 October 2024.
*     Won the Silver medal in womens 55kg category of the Khelo India Youth Games at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai on 27 January 2024.
*     Won one Silver medal in youth girls 55 kg category of the IWLF National Weightlifting Championship at Rajiv Gandhi University, Itanagar (Arunachal Pradesh) on 31 December 2023.
*     Won one Bronze medal in women 55kg category of the 4th Khelo India Youth Games at the Basketball Complex in Indore on 7 February 2023.
*     Won the Silver medal in Youth Women 55kg category of the National Weightlifting Championship in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu on 1 January 2023.
*     Won the Silver medal in 55kg youth category of the Khelo India Women National Ranking Weightlifting Tournament (Phase-2) at Modinagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on 29 October 2022.
*     Won the Gold medal in the 55kg youth category of the Khelo India National Women Ranking Weightlifting Tournament (Phase-1) at Himachal Pradesh on 17 June 2022.

INTERNATIONAL:
*     Won 2 Gold and 1 Silver medal in 55kg weight category of the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships in Suva, Fiji on 17 September 2024. Also set a National Record in youth category, lifting 81kg in snatch, 99kg in clean & jerk and 180kg in total.
*     Made glorious international debut, winning the Gold medal in youth girls 55kg category of the Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships in Noida, Uttar Pradesh on 12 July 2023.

MISCELLANEOUS:
*     Won two Gold and one Bronze medals in 55kg category of the Asmita Khelo India Womens Weightlifting Zonal League (Zone A) at Biju Patnaik Weightlifting Hall, Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar on 12 July 2024. Also bagged the best lifter trophy in junior group.
*     Won the Gold medal in 55kg youth girls category of the Khelo India Womens Inter-Zonal Weightlifting League Tournament at Rainbow International School in Nagrota Bagwan, Himachal Pradesh 17 March 2024. She was also awarded as the best lifter in youth category.

*     She was spotted and brought to the Odisha Weightlifting HPC by the then head coach Kazem Panjavi.
*     A former kabaddi player, Mina was introduced to weightlifting by coach Kazem Panjavi.
