STATE:
*     Won the Gold medal in senior women 59kg category of the 71st Odisha State Weightlifting Championship, held at Ganjam Weightlifting Academy in Berhampur from 9-11 August 2024.
*     Crowned as the Best Lifter in junior women group, bagging one Gold medal each for Khordha in 59kg junior and senior women categories of the State Weightlifting Championship, held in Berhampur, Ganjam on 19-20 November 2022.

ZONAL:
*     Won the Gold medal in 59kg senior category of the Asmita Khelo India Womens Weightlifting Zonal League (Zone A) at Biju Patnaik Weightlifting Hall, Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar on 12 July 2024.

NATIONAL:
*     Won 1 Gold and 1 Silver medal in senior women 59kg inter-state and overall categories respectively at the IWLF National Weightlifting Championship at Rainbow International School in Nagrata Bagwan, Himachal Pradesh on 9 Oct 2024.
*     Won the Bronze medal in 59kg junior category of the Khelo India Women National Ranking Weightlifting Tournament (Phase-2) at Modinagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on 30 October 2022.

STATE:
*     Won both the 100m and 200m silver medals in girls-20 age group of the 67th Odisha State Athletics Meet, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack from 28-30 December, 2019.
*     Won the 400m gold and 200m silver medal in girls-18 group of the 66th Odisha State Athletics Meet, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack from 28-30 December, 2018.
*     Won the 400m silver medal in U-18 girls group of the 65th Odisha State Athletics Championship, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack from Dec 28-30, 2017.
*     Won the 100m silver and 200m bronze medal in U-16 girls group of the 64th Odisha State Athletics Championship, held at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack from April 2-4, 2017.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
*     She was out competition for two years due to a knee injury in 2022 and made an impressive comeback, winning gold medals in State, Zonal and National championships in 2024.
*     Rima started her sports career as an athlete and won a number of State championship medals in sprint events (100m, 200m, 400m), representing Sports Hostels.
*     She switched over to weightlifting after being chosen by coach Kazem Panjavi during a talent scouting programme.
*     She has been part of the Odisha Weightlifting HPC since February 2021.
