* Won the women compound open Silver medal in para-archery competition of the 2nd Khelo India Para Games at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi on 23 March 2025.
* Won 2 Gold medals at the 6th National Para Archery Championship, held in Jaipur, Rajasthan on 11-12 January 2025.
* She defeated 2024 Paris Paralympics medalist and her idol Sheetal Devi in Compound Round at the National championship.

* As an artist, she won prizes at block and district level competitions.

* Payal lost all her four limbs at the age of eight due to electocution, which occured in April 2015 when she stepped on a live wire while playing.
