DESCRIPTION:
*     Seven district and one university teams are set participate in the event.
*     Teams are: Sundargarh, Cuttack, Sambalpur, Deogarh, Dhenkanal, Ganjam, Rourkela and KIIT University. Matches will be played in knock-out basis.
*     Sundargarh had won the title in the last, defeating Cuttack in the final.
