DESCRIPTION:
*     Bhubaneswar College Basketball League (BCBL), featuring 16 teams in boys` category and six in girls, is expected to provide a holistic platform for young talents to showcase their potential before national and state selectors.
*     Out of the 22 cities, staging Indian College Basketball League, Bhubaneswar and 11 others have been placed in Challengers Division.
*     Top two finishers of the Challengers League will play against bottom two teams of the Premier League, which has 10 major cities in its fold.
