DESCRIPTION:
*     Players born on or after January 1, 2003 are eligible to participate.
*     There will be separate competitions for boys (open) and girls.
*     There will be 11 rounds of competition in each category.
*     The championship carries a total prize fund of Rs 1,75,000.
*     Cash prizes will be awarded to top 18 finishers in each category.
*     Title winners will get Rs 20,000 each and runner-up Rs 15,000 each.
