DESCRIPTION:
*     Total 10 teams from Cuttack and Bhubaneswar will compete in the tournament.
*     They are: Biswabharati Cricket Club, Juvenile Cricket Club, Saheed Sporting Club, Rising Student Club, Union Sporting Club, Jay Maa Mangala Club (all Cuttack); Rameswar Sporting Club, Pragati Sporting Club, Mukteswar Cricket Club, Saheed Sporting Club (all Bhubaneswar).
*     The tournament will feature 40-over-a-side matches.
*     The champions will be awarded a cash prize of Rs 30,000 and the runners-up Rs 20,000.
*     Mobile phones will be presented to the best batsman, best bowler, best fielder, man of the final and the man of the tournament.
