DESCRIPTION:
*     Only registered palyers are elligible to participate.
*     Competition will take place in mens` singles and doubles.
*     Singles champion and runner-up will be given cash prizes of Rs 6,000 and Rs 4,000 respectively.
*     Doubles champions will get Rs 10,000 and runners-up Rs 7,000.
*     Free accommodation will be provided to all players except Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
*     Free fooding for all players.
*     Entry closes on February 17.
