DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 122 colleges have confirmed to participate in this tournament.
*     Preliminary matches will take place in six zones _ S N College (Raj Kanika), Gopabandhu Science College (Athgarh), SVM College (Jagatsinghpur), U N College (Adaspur), Nimapara College (Nimapara) and R S College (Odagaon).
*     Champion teams of each of the six zones will fight for the title in the Inter-Zone Tournament, scheduled to be held at SCB Medical College, Cuttack from November 13.
*     Inter-College Tournament will serve as the basis for composition of Utkal University team for Inter-University Tournament.
