DESCRIPTION:
*     The League, first of its kind in Odisha, would be played at Cricket Academy ground, Barabati Stadium, Cuttack.
*     Altogether 12 teams have agreed to participate in this tournament.
*     As per the rules, every participating team would be composed of five players and four substitutes.
