DESCRIPTION:
*     As many as 21 clubs are expected to participate in this championship, which will serve as the Qualifying Round for the upcoming All-India Kalinga Cup Football Tournament.
*     Matches will be played at Sundargarh Stadium and Kundukela Jubilee Field.
*     Top four finishers (semifinalists) will be eligibile to participate in the Kalinga Cup Tournament.
