DESCRIPTION:
*     Seven states are set to participate in the championship.
*     They are: Bengal, Assam, Bihar, Tripura, Manipur, Meghalaya and Odisha
*     In the previous edition of the championship, held at Das Nagar, Howrah (WB), Odisha women won the title, while the men finished runners-up.
*     In the 11th edition, held at Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha had bagged a double, winning titles in both men and women sections.
