DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament will feature a total 28 teams and 43 matches.
*     Teams will play T20 preliminary league matches after being divided into eight groups and the eight group toppers will advance to the quarterfinals, which will be 30-over-a-side affair.
*     Semifinals and final will be 40 and 50 over-a-side matches.
*     The inter-school tournament will serve as the basis for selection of Cuttack A and B teams for OCA Inter-District U-14 and U-16 tournaments.
