DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament will be organised in the memory of former Odisha footballer Seikh Heera.
*     Altogether eight teams would battle it out for the title.
*     Teams are: Choudhury Bazar, Bidanasi, Khannagar, Sutahat, Sartol, Nimasahi, Tulsipur, Dargha Bazar.
