DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 12 teams of Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are set to participate in the tournament.
*     Matches will be played on turf wicket and matches will be 40-over affair.
*     The tournament will feature a total of 11 40-over matches.
*     Saheed Sporting, Paramount Sporting, Rising Student and Juvenile clubs have been given bye in the first round.
*     Champion team will be given cash prize of Rs 20,000, runner-up side Rs 10,000 and man of the tournament Rs 5,000.
