DESCRIPTION:
*     Eight club sides of twin city Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are set to participate in this tournament.
*     Teams are: Biswabharati Club, Union Sporting Club, Rising Student Club (all Cuttack); Rameswar Sporting, SCAAN, Mukteswar Club, Paramount Sporting, Saheed Sporting (all Bhubaneswar).
*     The tournament carries cash prizes of Rs 30,000 for the champions and Rs 20,000 for the runners-up.
