DESCRIPTION:
*     As many as 14 teams from twin city Cuttack and Bhubaneswar have confirmed to participate in the tournament, which would feature 40-over matches on turf wicket.
*     Teams include: Solar Club, Union Sporting, Rising Students Club, Juvenile Club (all Cuttack); Mukteswar Cricket Club, Oscar Sporting, Pragati Sporting, Crown Inn, BBCA, Rameswar Sporting, Jagruti Cricket Academy, Town Club, Paramout Sporting and Saheed Sporting (all Bhubaneswar).
*     The champion team will receive a cash prize of Rs 20,000, the runners-up side Rs 10,000, losing semifinals Rs 5,000 each.
*     Individual prizes will be given to player of the tournament, player of the final match, best batsman, best bowler, best fielder, best wicket-keeper and player of each match.
*     All India Radio, Cuttack would broadcast running commentary of the final match on January 1.
