DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament, set to take place at Hotel Annapurna, near Hotel Crown, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar, offers a total cash prizes amounting to Rs 26,100, including Rs 5,000 for the champion.
*     Players occupying the top 25 positions will be eligible to receive cash prizes.
*     Dhirendra Kumar Das of Bhadrak was the champion last year and Prakash Sahoo of Dandamukundapur (Puri) runner-up.
