DESCRIPTION:
*     This year, for the first time, BGC will be jointly hosting this event along with Global Enterprise Connect (GEC), Dubai.
*     This event is being held in four other locations in India and across 18 other countries.
*     Two golfers from the Bhubaneswar Chapter will participate in the Dubai Corporate Golf World Cup Grand Final-2017, at the Championship-style Dubai’s most luxurious Golf course, Trump International and World’s one of the top 100 and UAE’s best Majlis – Emirates Golf course UAE on Dec 13 and 14, 2017.
*     A total of 49 golfers from well established corporate houses are participating in the BGC event.
*     The competitions, which will be over 18-holes in the Stable-ford format, will be both for Individual categories as well as for team prizes.
*     For the team competition, the points earned on the first day will be carried forward to the 2nd day`s game and winner will be based on the aggregate score.
*     Large Corporate houses numbering 20 viz. FRONTLINE Industries, Tata Steel (Odisha and Jamshedpur), Mahanadi Coal Fields (Sambalpur), Paradip Port Trust, PJ International, Dhamra Port Company (Adani Ports), Z Estates, Tata Tinplate Company, Jamshedpur, East Coast Railways, Golden Anchor, Esprit Toyota, ACRUX, Milk Mantra, Royal Hotels etc have sent their teams for this competition.
*     Frontline Group and PJ International are the main sponsors, supported by TATA Steel and AMRI Hospital as the silver sponsors.
