DESCRIPTION:
*     Amiya Ranjan Nayak, cueist MD of MIET, started this tournament in 2005.
*     This year no entry fee will be taken for participation.
*     The champion will receive a cash prize Rs 25,000, runner-up Rs 13,000, losing semifinalists Rs 6,000 each, losing quarterfinalists Rs 4,000 each, losing pre-quarterfinalists Rs 1,000.
*     Break of 70 or above will fetch a prize of Rs 5,000 and break of 100 or above Rs 10,000.
*     The 6th edition of the tournament took place in 2014 and Rakesh Roshan Pradhan won the title, defeating Ashutosh Padhy in the final.
