DESCRIPTION:
* This tournament is the oldest of its kind in Odisha.
* Altogether 24 teams of the Capital City, including defending champions Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS), will vie for the coveted trophy.
* The league-cum-knockout tournament will witness a total of 31 matches.
* Teams have been plaed in eight groups and after completion of group league, the top team from each group will advance to the quarterfinals.
