ORGANISED BY: Mayurbhanj District Rugby Football Association, under the aegis of Odisha Rugby Football Association and Indian Rugby Football Union.

DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament will take place at Baripada Law College Ground, Baripada.
*     The tournament would feature as many as 20 teams in boys and 10 teams in girls sections.
*     From Odisha, Mayurbhanj Rugby Club, Bhubaneswar Rugby Football Club and Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) will compete in both boys and girls competitions.
