DESCRIPTION:
*     The championship will take place at Kalinga Stadium Shooting Range and Utkal Karate School.
*     The state championship was preceded by a pre-state competition at Bhubaneswar from July 5 to 8.
*     According to ORA press release, out of 200 participants in the pre-state meet, 121 qualified for the ensuing State Championship.
*     They will be joined by 28 national-level shooters as direct entrants.
*     New entries also can be submitted by July 25 at Utkal Karate School, Plot No 4A, Unit-9, Bhubaneswar.
