DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament carries a total prize fund of Rs 50,000, including Rs 8,000 for the champion and Rs 6,000 for the runner-up.
*     Top four finishers will qualify for the National Senior Open Chess Championship, scheduled be held at Kolkata from 8-18 Dec, 2019.
