DESCRIPTION:
*     As many as 37 affiliated units will be participating in the tournament.
*     Teams have been placed in six groups for preliminary league.
*     After preliminary league, the top team from each group will advance to the Super League.
*     Similarly, top two teams from Super League will meet each other in the final, which will be played under lights at Barabati Stadium on December 22.
*     The inter-district tournament will feature a total of 103 matches.
*     Matches will be played at nine venues.
*     The venues are: Barabati Stadium, Nimpur Ground, Bidanasi Ground and Ravenshaw University Ground (all Cuttack); KIIT Stadium, Vikash Ground, Town Club Ground (all Bhubaneswar); Centurion University Ground (Jatni) and DRIEMS Ground (Tangi).
*     Inter-District Tournament will serve as the basis for scouting of talents for the ensuing OCL T-20 League and Syed Mushtaq Ali T-20 Tournament.
