DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 24 states will participate in the tournament.
*     Teams have been divided into four groups.
*     Group A and B are Elite group and Group C and D are Qualifier group.
*     Three teams from Group A and B and one from Group C and D will qualify for the quarterfinals.
*     Odisha have been placed in Elit Group A along with West Bengal, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh.
*     The tournament will be played in T20 format.
*     Each team will play five league matches
*     Cricket Association for the Visually Impaired Odisha (CAVIO) has selected 20-member for this tournament.
*     Odisha were champions in the 1st edition in 2018-2019.
