DESCRIPTION:
*     Total 26 States and Union Territories would vie for the title.
*     Teams would play league matches in eight groups and the top team from each group would qualify for quarterfinals.
*     Hockey Odisha have been placed in Pool A with Hockey Uttarakhand and Chhattisgarh Hockey.
*     Odisha would meet Uttarakhand on March 17 and Chhattisgarh on March 19.
