DESCRIPTION:
*     All the throw events will be conducted at Reserve Police Ground and Satyabrata Stadium.
*     There is a plan to condut all the walking event on road from Bijupatnaik Chhak to PHD Water Tank trough Dayasrama road.
*     Around 1600 athletes are expected to be participate.
*     Olympian Dutee Chand will be seen in action in women 100m and 200m.
