DESCRIPTION:
*     Prime Volleyball League, also known as PVL 1, is the first edition of a franchise-based Indian Indoor Volleyball League.
*     The inaugural edition will feature seven mens teams.
*     The even teams are: Calicut Heroes, Kochi Blue Spikers, Ahmedabad Defenders, Hyderabad Black Hawks, Chennai Blitz, Bengaluru Torpedoes and Kolkata Thunderbolts.
*     PVL 1 will take place in front of empty stands as spectators are not allowed in view of the pandemic.
*     Teams will compete in a round-robin format with top four teams moving into the play-offs.
*     The tournament will comprise 24 matches, including three knock-out games.
*     Matches will be broadcast Live on SONY SIX, SONY TEN 1 (English), SONY TEN 3 (Hindi), SONY TEN 4 (Tamil & Telugu) & SONY TEN 2 (Malayalam) channels.
