DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 24 boys teams and 21 girls teams will be participating in this championship.
*     Participating state teams include Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Goa, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Jharkhand, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu,
*     Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Telangana and hosts Odisha.
*     The tournaments will serve as the platform for selection for the Indian National U-18 and U-20 teams for participation in the Asian Rugby championships next year.
