DESCRIPTION:
*     DSYS is organising the tournament in order to promote and popularize basketball among boys and girls in the age categories of U-13 and U-17 at city level in Bhubaneswar, Brahmapur, Cuttack and Rourkella.
*     The Bhubaneswar chapter of competition will be conducted at Unit-1, Government Indoor Hall Basketball Complex.
*     The Bhubaneswar tournament will be conducted by Khurda District Basketball Association.
