DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 12 teams have qualified to compete in the Final Round.
*     Teams will compete in two groups.
*     Matches are set to take place in three venues – Capital Football Arena, 7th Battalion Ground and the Kalinga Stadium.
*     The top two teams from both groups will progress to the knockout rounds (semi-final and final) to be held in Saudi Arabia.
*     Host Odisha has been placed in Group-A along with defending champions Kerala, Goa, Maharashtra, Karnataka and Punjab.
*     Group-B consists of the previous edition runners-up Bengal, Delhi Services, Railways, Maghalaya and Manipur.
*     The semi-finals, third-place playoff and the final of the tournament will be played in Saudi Arabia.
