DESCRIPTION:
*     IMFA Park, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar is the venue of the tournament.
*     A total of 16 teams, including four from outside Odisha would compete in the tournament.
*     The champion and runners-up teams would be given cash prizes of Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively.
*     Six outstanding sportspersons of the State would be felicitated at the closing ceremony.
