DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 31 districts and institutional teams will compete in this league-cum-knock-out tournament.
*     Teams will start campaign with league matches in eight groups.
*     Top team from each group will qualify for the quarterfinal league, which will take place in two groups.
*     Top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals.
*     Matches will be played at two venues each in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar.
*     The four venues are: Bidanasi Ground, OTM Ground (both Cuttack); Capital Ground and 7th Battalion Ground (both Bhubaneswar)
*     The four venues are: Satyabrata Stadium, NRRI Ground, OTM Ground (Choudwar) and Bidanasi Ground.
*     Semifinals will be played on May 12, followed by the third-place match on May 13 and the double-leg final on May 14 and 17.
*     The champion and runners-up teams will receive cash prize of Rs 1 lakh and Rs 50,000 respectively, while teams finishing third and fourth will be given Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively.
