DESCRIPTION:
*     Six leading club teams of Odisha will be participating in this league.
*     They are: Sports Odisha, Rising Student Club, OGP Club, KIIT & KISS, Ardor Football Academy and Nita Football Academy.
*     OWL 2023-24 will feature a total 30 matches.
*     Matches will be played at OTM Ground Choudwar, Cuttack and Bhubaneswar Football Academy Ground, Unit-I, Bhubaneswar.
