DESCRIPTION:
*     The festival will feature competition in three categories _ Cagetory-A (ELO 2000 & above), Category-B (ELO below 2000) and Category-C (ELO below 1600).
*     The festival offers a total prize fund of Rs 35 lakhs, which include Rs 20 lakhs for Category A, Rs 7.5 lakhs each for Category B and C.
