DESCRIPTION:
* Indian Universities Team will be participating in the World University Chess Championship for the second time, after making its debut in the year 2018 at Aracaju, Brazil.
* A four-member women team, including two from Odisha, will represent Indian Universities in the above-mentioned championships.
* The two Odisha players are: Saina Salonika and Junu Birua, who belong to Delhi University (New Delhi) and KISS University (Bhubaneswar) respectively.
* Other two players are: Aakanksha Hagawane and Mokshada Mahajan, and both are from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune.
* The Indian women squad will be accompanied by two officials, who also belong to Odisha and KIIT University.
* The two officials are: Head Coach IM Sekhar Chandra Sahu, who is a senior FIDE trainer and chess consultant of KIIT and Lucky Rani Patra.
