*     Around 10,000 athletes from across the country would vie for medals in 35 disciplines.
*     Venue are: Dehradun, Rishikesh & Tehri, UdhamSingh Nagar, Haldwani, Haridwar, New Tehri, Nainital (Bhimtal), Almora, Pithoragarh and Champawat.
*     Yoga and Malkhamb have been included in the National Games.
*     Himalayan monal bird, Mauli is the mascot of the 38th National Games.
