DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament will be played on one-day format (50 overs).
*     A total of 12 teams will participate in the First-Phase Preliminary League.
*     The 12 teams have been divided into two groups.

GROUP-A: Bhubaneswar-B, Keonjhar, Kandhamal, Nabarangpur, Nuapada, Jagatsinghpur.
GROUP-B: Cuttack-B, Khordha, Gajapati, Bargarh, Puri, Mayurbhanj.
