Group  I-A (17-18 years): Born in the year 2009, 2008
Group I-B (15-16 years): Born in the year 2011, 2010
Venue: Aquatics Complex, Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Entry fees: Rs 40 for each event entered, Relay Team fee Rs 200.
