HOSTS: Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and Sri Lanka Cricket, under the auspices of International Cricket Council (ICC)

DESCRIPTION:
*     This will be the 10th edition of the biennial tournament, which was first held in 2007.
*     The 10th edition will feature 20 teams and a total of 55 matches.
*     India will start campaign as defending champions.
*     Bangladesh has withdrawn from the 10th edition citing security reasons.
*     Bangladesh has been replaced by Scotland.
*     Teams will play league matches in four groups and the top two teams from each group will qualify for Super Eight.
*     The Super Eight matches will be played in two groups and the top two teams from each group will advance to the semifinals.
*     India have been placed in Group-A along with Pakistan, United States, Netherlands and Namibia.

18 Feb: India vs Netherlands, Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad (7.00 PM)
21 Feb-1 March: Super Eight
4 March: First Semifinal, Eden Gardens, Kolkata (7.00 PM)
5 March: Second Semifinal, Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai (7.00 PM)
8 March: Final, (7.00 PM), Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad/ R Premadasa Stadium, Colombo (7.00 PM)
