DESCRIPTION:
*     A total of 38 teams are set to compete in this tournament.
*     Teams have been divided into six groups for the preliminary league, which will be conducted in one-day (50 overs) format.
*     The first phase preliminanry league, featuring group A, B and C will take place from 17 to 22 February 2026.
*     Matches will be played at Khordha, Adaspur, DRIEMS Ground, Jatni Railway Ground, Ravenshaw University Grounds, Sunshine Ground, Nimpur Ground and Centurian University Ground.
