DESCRIPTION:
*     The inauguration ceremony and opening-day matches would be played at Baliyatra ground in Cuttack, while the quarterfinals, semifinals and final would take place at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.
*     Leading state teams of the country would vie for trophies in men and women categories.
*     Teams include Manipur, Delhi, Assam, Services, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha (men`s category) and Manipur, Assam, Maharashtra, Nagaland, Uttar Pradesh, Odisha (women`s category).
*     Competition will be conducted on league-cum-knockout basis in regu event.
*     OSSTA has worked out a tentative budget of Rs 10 lakhs for the successful hosting of the championship.
