DESCRIPTION:
*     Altegether eight teams would take part in the tournament, which carries cash prizes of Rs 15,000 for the champion and Rs 10,000 for the runner-up teams.
*     Teams are: Government Spors Hostel, Mangala Club, Odisha Homeguard (all Cuttack); Yazdani Club-73, Kishore Club, Unit-VI Athletic Association, East Coast Railway (all Bhubaneswar) and Sambalpur Football Academy (Sambalpur).
