DESCRIPTION:
*     The 10-round tournament is meant for players below 1800 elo ratings.
*     The tournament carries a total prize fund of Rs 2 lakhs, including Rs 20,000 for the champion and Rs 15,000 for the runner-up.
*     Entry fee include Rs 1700 for rated players, Rs 2000 for unrated players and Rs 200 for local players.
*     The tournament offers free food and accommodation for outstation players.
