HOST: Odisha Circle Postal Sports Board (Bhubaneswar)
DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 15 postal circles, including defending champions Gujarat, last year`s runners-up Rajasthan and host Odisha will take part in the tournament.
*     Ranji Trophy players will be seen in action during the tournament.
*     Chief Postmaster General (Odisha Circle) S K Chakrabarti is the organising committee chairman.
*     Matches in league stage will be of 20-overs-per-side affair, while the semifinals and final will be of 40-over-per-side contests.
*     League and semifinal matches will be played at Railway Stadium, IDCO ground (both Bhubaneswar), Ravenshaw University ground and Nimpur ground (both Cuttack).
*     Final match will take place under lights at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack.
*     The five-day tournament will serve as the basis for selection of Indian Postal team for the India Post Cup Cricket Tournament to be held in April at Vadodara.
*     A 16-member team will represent host Odisha in the all-India tournamentl
