DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 12 players from six countries have been invited to compete in the 10-round tournament, which offers a total cash prize of Rs 8 lakhs.
*     KIIT and OMC would contribute Rs 2 lakhs each, while the rest 9 lakhs would be bourne by AOCA.
*     DD Sports would telecast the tournament.
*     The field includes two Grandmasters, five International Masters and five Women Grandmasters.
*     WGMs Padmini Rout and Kiran Manisha Mohanty would represent Odisha in the tournament.
*     Other competitors are Elisabeth Paehtz (Germany); Danielyan Elina, Mkrtchyan Lilit (both Armenia); Olga Girya (Russia); Guo Qi (China); Foisor Cristina Adela (Romania); Dronavali Harika, Mary Ann Gomes, Eesha Karavade, Nisha Mohota (all India).
