DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether 18 teams, including three new entrants, would vie for the title.
*     East Coast Railway, CRPF Group Centre (both Bhubaneswar) and Bargarh district will be making their debut in the championship.
*     The opening and the final matches will be played under lights.
*     Defending champions Rourkela Steel Plant and last year`s runners-up Sundargarh will start their campaign directly from quarterfinals.

April 14: East Coast Railway vs CRPF.
April 15: Ganjam vs Sambalpur; Dhenkanal vs Nalco; Deogarh vs Angul.
April 16: Balangir vs Khorda; Odisha Police vs Mayurbhanj.
April 17: Cuttack vs Phulbani; Bargarh vs Jagatsinghpur; 1st quarterfinal.
April 18: Quarterfinals.
April 19: Semifinals.
April 20: FINAL.
