DESCRIPTION:
*     The tournament is a tribute to Sundeep Mohanty, an engineering student of Krupajal engineering college and a good chess player who died in a road accident in August, 2007 at the age of 20.
*     The tournament offers a total cash prize of Rs 15,000 for the top 20 finishers.
*     The champion will receive Rs 4000 and the runner-up Rs 2600.
*     Santosh Sinha of Puri is the last year’s champion.
*     This will be an 8-round Swiss tournament.
*     The entry fees is Rs 170.
