DESCRIPTION:
*     Altogether six districts have given consent to participate.
*     They are Angul, Bhubaneswar-A, Bhubaneswar-B, Cuttack, Khurda and Puri.
*     All except the final will be 20-over matches, while the final will be 40-over contest.
*     Cuttack will meet Khurda in the opening match.
